A Private Health Services Plan (PHSP) is a a tax effective means of providing health and dental benefits.
There is no change in how you conduct your health and dental expenses. Instead of claiming the expenses directly to an insurer you will pay the full amount of the medical or dental expense to a third party plan administrator. A nominal adminstration fee is applied, usually ten percents, which is tax deductible.
